小儿肠梗阻超声和X线早期诊断临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析在小儿肠梗阻中使用超声和X线进行早期诊断的具体效果和实际价值.方法选取本院2017年3月~2019年1月肠梗阻患儿60例,先后对其进行超声和X线检查,并将其设置为超声组和X线组.比较两种检测方法定性诊断率、定位诊断率和病因诊断结果.结果超声组和X线组定性诊断率、定位诊断率依次为(95.00%,90.00%)和(91.67%,70.00%),两种诊断方式定性诊断率无差异(P>0.05);超声组定位诊断率明显高于X线组(P<0.05).超声组和X线组病因检出率分别为88.33%和75.00%,超声组明显高于X线组(P<0.05).结论在小儿肠梗阻中使用超声和X线进行早期诊断均可得到较好诊断结果,但相比之下,超声诊断率更高,尤其是定位诊断率和病因诊断结果方面,优势更为明显.Objective To analyze and discuss the specific effects and practical value of early diagnosis of ultrasound and X-ray in the children with intestinal obstruction. Methods 60 children patients with intestinal obstruction from March 2017 to January 2019 in our hospital were selected. The patients were given ultrasound and X-ray in order and were then assigned to the ultrasound group and X-ray group. The qualitative diagnosis rate, the localization diagnosis rate and the cause diagnosis results were compared between the two examination methods. Results The qualitative diagnosis rate and localization diagnosis rate in the ultrasound group and the X-ray group were(95.00%, 90.00%) and(91.67%, 70.00%) respectively. There was no difference in the qualitative diagnosis rate between the two diagnostic methods(P>0.05);the localization diagnosis rate in the ultrasound group was significantly higher than that in the X-ray group(P<0.05). The cause detection rate in the ultrasound group and the X-ray group was 88.33% and 75.00%, respectively, and the ultrasound group was significantly higher than the X-ray group(P<0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound and X-ray for early diagnosis of pediatric intestinal obstruction can obtain better diagnosis results. In contrast, the ultrasound diagnosis rate is higher, especially in terms of the localization diagnosis rate and the cause diagnosis results.
