百乐眠胶囊用于失眠症治疗的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨百乐眠胶囊用于失眠症的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年2月至2019年2月滨州医学院附属医院收治的失眠症患者124例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组62例。观察组接受百乐眠胶囊治疗,对照组接受常规的乌灵胶囊治疗,2组治疗时间相同。比较2组的治疗效果、睡眠指标及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率96. 77%高于对照组80. 65%,观察组的睡眠指标均优于对照组,观察组患者不良反应发生率9. 68%低于对照组30. 65%,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:百乐眠胶囊用于失眠症治疗的临床效果较好,可有效缓解患者的失眠症状,提高患者的睡眠质量与睡眠时间,值得临床推广。Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of baile mian capsule on insomnia. Methods: A total of 124 insomnia patients admitted to binzhou medical college affiliated hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 62 patients in each group.The observation group received baile mian capsule treatment,the control group received conventional wuling capsule treatment,the two groups treated for the same time.The therapeutic effect,sleep index and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.77% higher than 80.65% in the control group,the sleep indexes in the observation group were all better than those in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 9.68% lower than 30.65% in the control group,with statistically significant differences( P <0.05). Conclusion: baile mian capsule has a good clinical effect in the treatment of insomnia,which can effectively relieve the symptoms of insomnia,improve the sleep quality and sleep time of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
