摘　　要：目的:分析儿童鼾症手术患儿护理及睡眠质量改善。方法:选取2017年12月至2019年2月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的儿童鼾症手术患儿78例作为研究对象,随机分组,其中一组给予常规护理,作为常规护理服务组,另一组进行睡眠护理,作为睡眠护理服务组,比较2组睡眠质量的相关指标。结果:睡眠护理服务组睡眠质量的相关指标对比常规护理服务组有优势(P <0. 05)。结论:儿童鼾症手术患儿护理中需要采取有效的方式进行干预,可以改善睡眠质量。Objective: To analyze the improvement of nursing and sleep quality in children with children′s snoring. Methods: A Total of 78 children with children with snoring were randomly divided from December 2017 to February 2019,one group was given routine nursing,the other group was used as the general nursing service group,and the other group was used as a group of sleep care,and the related indexes of the two groups of sleep quality were compared. Results: The related indexes of the sleep quality of the sleep nursing service group were superior to that of the conventional nursing service group. Conclusion: It is necessary to take effective intervention to improve the quality of sleep.
