摘  要:为缩短首钢京唐RH冶炼IF钢的脱碳处理周期,对现行工艺进行了取样研究。结果表明:RH脱碳阶段表观脱碳速率常数Kc受真空度、供氧模式等条件的制约;纯循环阶段初期钢水全氧含量较高,且大型夹杂较多,随着纯循环时间的延长,全氧含量逐渐降低并趋于稳定。通过增设预抽真空操作、采用合适的供氧模式、优化定氧时间、调整最佳脱碳时间及纯循环时间等措施,RH冶炼IF钢时间平均缩短了8.3min,且钢水具有良好的纯净度。In order to shorten the processing period of IF steel in Jingtang RH smelting of Shougang, the current process was sampled and studied. The results show that the apparent decarbonization rate constant K c in the decarbonization stage under the condition of RH decarbonization is restricted by vacuum and oxygen supply mode, and that the oxygen content of molten steel is higher and large inclusions are more in the initial stage of pure cycle, which gradually decreases and tends to be stable with the prolongation of pure cycle time. By adding pre-vacuum operation, adopting appropriate oxygen supply mode, optimizing oxygen determination time, adjusting the best decarbonization time and pure cycle time, the average time of IF steel smelting in RH is shortened by 8.3 min, and the molten steel has good purity.
