摘  要:针对河钢唐钢1700线生产的热轧板边裂缺陷多的问题,利用扫描电镜对其产生原因进行了分析。结果表明,板卷边裂的产生与结晶器锥度不合理、弯月面处铜板变形、钢水过热度和拉速不匹配、结晶器液位波动等因素有关。通过解决结晶器跑锥问题、选择合适的结晶器锥度、控制钢水过热度以及拉速、杜绝结晶器液面波动等措施,板卷边裂率由6.32%降至0.87%,产品质量大幅提高,控制效果良好。Aiming at the edge cracks in hot rolled strip produced by 1 700 line of HBIS Tangsteel, the causes are analyzed by SEM. The results show that the edge crack is related to the unreasonable taper of mould, the deformation of copper plate at meniscus, the mismatch of superheat and casting speed of molten steel, and the liquid level fluctuation of mould. By solving the mould taper running, choosing suitable mould taper, controlling superheat of molten steel and drawing speed, and eliminating fluctuation of mould liquid level, the crack rate of plate was reduced from 6.32% to 0.87%. The product quality was greatly improved and the control effect was good.
