摘  要:简要介绍了河钢舞钢电炉低碳生产实践,分析了铁水/废钢配比、供氧制度、设备管控等对电炉低碳生产的影响,提出了电炉污染物源头防控的有效方法,保证了电炉烟气污染物低排放的控制要求。在现有电炉低碳生产实践的基础上,对河钢舞钢电炉的绿色发展进行了展望。通过技术和管理的革新应用,力争使电炉生产实现连续供料、连续预热、连续供电和平熔池冶炼的“三连一平”,进一步降低电炉炼钢烟气污染物的排放,推动电炉炼钢生产与环境友好的和谐共生。A low carbon production practice of HBIS Wugang electric furnace has been briefly introduced. And the influences of molten iron/scrub ratio, oxygen supply system and equipment control on low carbon production of electric furnace had been analyzed. Effective methods to prevent and control the source of electric furnace pollutants are put forward, which ensures the control requirements of low emission of electric furnace flue gas pollutants. On the basis of the existing practice of low carbon production of EAF, the green development of EAF in HBIS Wusteel is prospected. Through innovation of technology and management, we strive to achieve the continuous feeding, continuous preheating, continuous power supply and peaceful bath smelting, further reduce the emission of pollutants in the flue gas of EAF steelmaking, and promote the harmonious coexistence of EAF steelmaking production and environment.
