摘　　要：新世纪以来,特别是近年来,我国视听话语体系逐步完善并呈现新的发展态势。梳理信息生产和信息接收方式的演化路径,剖析媒介文明的新形态,探讨我国视听话语体系建构的方法和策略,具有重要的理论和实践价值。我们不仅要继续支持新技术、新媒介、新的传播机制的发展,解放和释放新媒介技术发展带来的信息生产力的无限空间,还要拓展新媒介发展带来的公共空间,拓展公共意志表达、公共政策制定的渠道,赋予各级各类传播主体充分的传播权利,放宽社会阶层流动的媒介空间,同时要协调好国家虚拟空间与实体空间双重发展之间的关系。Since the entry into the new century, especially in recent years, the audio-visual discourse system in China has gradually improved and presented a new development trend. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to sort out the evolutionary path of information production and reception, to analyze the new forms of media, and to explore the methods and strategies for the construction of audiovisual discourse system in China. We should not only continue to support the development of new technologies, new media and new communication mechanisms, and liberate and unleash the infinite space of information productivity brought about by the development of new media technology, but also expand the public space due to the development of new media, expand the channels for expressing public will and formulating public policy, endow all kinds of communication participants at all levels with the full right of communication, relax the media space for flow of social stratums, and coordinate relationships between the dual development of the national virtual space and physical space.
