摘 要:目的探讨集吸氧、输液、约束功能为一体的担架推车在急诊危重症患者转运中的应用效果。方法选取2017年2月至2019年1月商丘市第一人民医院急诊科收治的100例危重症患者,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。采用普通担架转运对照组患者,采用集吸氧、输液、约束功能为一体的担架推车转运观察组患者。比较两组急诊至病房所需时间及导管脱管发生情况。结果观察组急诊至检查室时间、检查搬运时间及检查室至病房时间均较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组输液管和氧气管脱管发生率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论急诊危重症患者转运过程中采用集吸氧、输液、约束功能为一体的担架推车可有效缩短转运时间,减少导管脱管事件的发生。Objective To investigate the effects of a stretcher trolley with oxygen absorption,infusion and restraint function in the transportation of critically ill patients in emergency department.Methods One hundred critically ill patients admitted to the Department of Emergency of Shangqiu First People's Hospital from February 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.The patients in control group were transported by the ordinary stretcher,and the patients in observation group were transported by the stretcher trolley with oxygen absorption,infusion and restraint function.The time from emergency to ward and the occurrence of catheter loss between the two groups were compared.Results The time from the emergency department to the examination room,the examination and delivery time,and the time from the examination room to the ward were shorter than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidences of infusion tube decoupling and oxygen tube decoupling in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion In the transport of emergency critically ill patients,the stretcher trolley with oxygen absorption,infusion and restraint function could effectively shorten the transit time and reduce the occurrence of catheter detachment.
