摘 要:基于微流控芯片技术的现场快速DNA检验仪具备"样本进-结果出"的潜能,能够实现无人为干预的自动快速检验。目前国外先后推出了RapidHIT 200、DNAScan(升级版产品为ANDE 6C)、ParaDNA?现场便携仪等商业化仪器,2小时可以完成全自动检测并生成STR图谱。美国联邦调查局(FBI)实验室自2010年起就致力于推动快速DNA检测项目的发展,同时对快速DNA检验的需求也越来越多。现就快速DNA检验技术及相关仪器的研究进展、验证评估情况以及相关标准、法案等进行简要介绍。The microfluidic array based-rapid DNA testing instruments have the capability of ‘sample in and data out’, generating DNA genotypes automatically without human intervention. So far, several commercial instruments, such as RapidHIT 200, DNAScan(upgraded to ANDE 6 C), ParaDNA■ field portable instrument that can complete the automatic detection and produce the STR profile within 2 hours, have been launched on the market successively. Federal Bureau of Investigation(FBI) have been developing a rapid DNA testing program since 2010. The demand for rapid DNA is also growing. A brief introduction is here presented on the research progress of rapid DNA technology and related instruments, verification and evaluation, and related standards and bills, etc.
