摘　　要：A group of women who composed a militia formation amazed China, and the world, with their powerful steps and resounding voices on October 1. On behalf of militia members across the nation, they marched through Tian'anmen Square, as part of the National Day military parade, in celebration of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China (PRC).铿锵有力的步伐,清脆响亮的口号……10月1日上午10时54分,英姿飒爽的女民兵方队身着红色新式民兵服,昂首阔步向天安门走来。她们手握钢枪、步履铿锵、自信豪迈,犹如“红色玫瑰”绚丽绽放。
