摘　　要：今年是新中国成立70周年。讲新中国的70年,必然会涉及如何认识前30年和后40年两个历史阶段的关系问题。本文就改革开放前后经济发展和人民生活水平提高的实际情况,以及理论和实践中的得失是非做了实事求是的回顾与评析。本文认为,改革开放前后两个历史阶段是紧密衔接的,没有前30年的站起来和初步强起来,就没有改革开放后的富起来和进一步强起来。This year marks the 70th anniversary of the founding of New China. Talking about the 70 years of New China will inevitably involve the understanding of the relationship between the two historical stages of the first 30 years and the last 40 years. This article reviews the actual situation of economic development and the improvement of people's living standards before and after the reform and opening up, as well as the gains and losses in theory and practice, and makes a review and analysis of seeking truth from facts. This paper believes that the two historical stages before and after the reform and opening up are closely linked. Without the standing up and initial strength of the previous 30 years, there will be no prosperity and further strengthening after the reform and opening up.
