学术期刊产品双重属性的适应性与矛盾性——关于版面费合理性与非合理性的经济学分析

摘　　要：版面费可以是政府通过市场手段来实现学术内容供给的一种机制设计,它的产生基于学术期刊产品双重属性的一致性。但是由于学术内容和版面空间两个产品的计量评价标准并不是天然的一致,且在特定的供求关系下,两者的价值导向存在分化的可能,因此,公益化的办刊宗旨、有效的期刊质量保障机制是版面费的收取或者说其合理性的基础。The page charges can be a mechanism designed by the government to realize its academic content through the market means, which is based on the consistency of the dual attributes of academic periodicals. However, due to the fact that the measurement and evaluation criteria of the academic content and the page space are not naturally consistent with each other and under the specific supply and demand relationship, the value orientation of the two might be differentiated. Therefore, the objective of publication of the public welfare and the effective periodical quality assurance mechanism are the basis of the page charges taken or its rationality.
