摘 要:RRC重建是在业务出现中断后进行尝试恢复信令连接的过程,降低掉线率,但是重建过多会影响小区的性能和用户感知度。文章从重建的定义入手,分析触发条件并对RRC重建成功率低和RRC重建比例过高的问题小区进行处理。从分析RRC重建失败的4种表象出发,通过告警处理、邻区核查、干扰核查、覆盖问题、参数核查“五重分析”法,减少重建比例,提升用户感知。The RRC reconstruction is the process of trying to recover the signaling connection after the interruption of the service, and the dropping rate is reduced, but the performance and the user perception of the cell can be affected by the reconstruction too much. This paper starts with the definition of the reconstruction, analyzes the trigger condition and processes the RRC reconstruction success rate and the RRC reconstruction ratio too high. From the four appearances of the analysis of the failure of the RRC reconstruction, the method can reduce the reconstruction proportion and improve the user’s perception through the alarm processing, the neighbor verification, the interference check, the coverage problem, the parameter verification and the five-weight analysis method.
