刑事涉案财物信息化管理的再思考

摘　　要：刑事涉案财物的信息化管理是我国涉案财物管理发展中的重要环节,对案件日益增多的大环境下刑事涉案财物的管理具有重要意义。目前我国刑事涉案财物的信息化管理在试点过程中取得了显著成就,但仍存在需要改进的地方:对试点地区已获得经验吸收不强,刑事涉案财物信息化管理中各机关信息共享平台建设存在矛盾,本机关系统内部上下级关系、本部门内部上下级关系问题亟须解决。在刑事涉案财物信息化管理建设过程中,应当吸取试点地区的先进经验,科学建立刑事涉案财物信息管理平台,正确处理上下级机关以及上下级工作人员之间的关系。Information management of criminal property is an important link in the development of China's property management. It is of great significance to the management of property involved in criminal cases under the environment of increasing cases. At present, China's criminal property information management has made remarkable achievements in the pilot process, but there is still room for improvement. Less experience has been gained in the pilot areas. There are contradictions in the construction of information sharing platform for various organs in the information management of criminal property involved. It is urgent to solve the problems of the relationship between superiors and subordinates within the system of this organ and the relationship between superiors and subordinates within this department. In the process of information management of property involved in criminal cases, we should draw on the advanced experience of pilot areas. Establish a criminal property information management platform, correctly handle the relationship between higher and lower organs and staff.
