治疗肝纤维化瑶药复方黄根方的研究进展

摘　　要：肝纤维化是肝硬化必经的前期病理过程。它是可逆的,因此治疗和逆转肝纤维化十分重要。近年来,瑶药治疗肝纤维化的研究日趋活跃。文章对瑶药复方黄根方的临床应用、毒理、作用机制、制剂生产工艺及质量控制研究等进行了综述,为中医药治疗肝纤维化提供理论及临床参考。Liver fibrosis is a necessary process for early pathological of cirrhosis. It is reversible, so it is very important to treat and reverse hepatic fibrosis. In recent years, the research of Yao medicine on liver fibrosis has become more and more active. This article reviews the clinical application, toxicology, mechanism of action, preparation technology and quality control of Yao medicine compound Huanggen, providing theoretical and clinical reference for the treatment of liver fibrosis with traditional Chinese medicine.
