摘　　要：医护群体的身心健康水平对医疗服务质量及医患关系有直接影响。文章分析了我国医护人员身心健康现状,从社会环境、工作环境、性别及压力四个方面探讨影响医护人员身心健康的因素,并针对性的提出了保障医护人员的身心健康的对策。The level of physical and psychological health of medical and nursing groups directly affects the quality of medical services and the relationship between doctors and patients. This paper analyzed the current situation of physical and psychological health of medical staff in China, discussed the factors affecting the physical and psychological health of medical staff from four aspects: social environment, working environment, gender and pressure, and put forward countermeasures to ensure the physical and psychological health of medical staff.
