摘  要:针对试验中无法直接测试获取喷油器的实际喷油压力的问题,通过HDA喷油器性能测试设备,获取了某共轨喷油器匹配不同喷孔的喷油规律,计算得到不同喷孔下的平均喷油压力和最大实际喷油压力。分析可知喷油初期盛油槽压力下降,不利于针阀的快速开启。通过减小燃油轨与喷油器间的油管长度可以加快盛油槽的压力恢复,结合增加控制腔回油量孔与进油量孔的比值,提高针阀的响应速度,进而提高盛油槽高压燃油的利用效率,使得在原喷孔下,最大喷油压力和平均喷油压力能够分别提高70%与75%,循环喷油量提高34%。For the problem that the actual injection pressure of injector could not be directly achieved in the test, the fuel injection law of common rail injector matching with different nozzle orifices was acquired through the HDA injector performance test equipment and the average injection pressure and the maximum actual injection pressure under different nozzle orifices were acquired through the calculation. The analysis results showed that the pressure drop of fuel groove at the initial stage of injection was not conducive to quick opening of needle valve. In addition, reducing the length of the fuel pipe between fuel rail and injector could accelerate the pressure recovery of fuel groove and increasing the ratio of fuel return orifice and fuel inlet orifice in control chamber could improve the response of needle valve and even improve the utilization efficiency of high-pressure fuel in fuel groove so that the maximum and average fuel injection pressure increased by 70% and 75% respectively and the cyclic fuel injection quantity increased by 34%.
