摘  要:面向绿色制造的机械结构优化设计在整个产品的生产制造流程中都占有举足轻重的地位,而在设计某一机械结构或者优化现有的机械结构时,可能会有多个方案可供选择,运用模糊层次分析法和灰色关联度法可以解决面向绿色制造的机械结构设计方案的多目标决策问题。考虑到面向绿色制造过程中,在综合了方案优化设计周期,优化后的机械结构性能,方案的经济性,实现方案的资源消耗以及对环境的影响,通过运用模糊层次分析法(fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,FAHP)和灰色关联分析法相结合建立数学模型并求出最优解,以此来获得面向绿色制造的机械结构优化的最佳方案,提出了一种可以量化的方案选择评价方法,并通过一个实例来证明该方法的可行性。The mechanical structure optimization design for green manufacturing plays a pivotal role in the manufacturing process of the entire product. When designing a mechanical structure or optimizing an existing mechanical structure, there may be multiple options to choose from. The analytic hierarchy process and the grey correlation degree method can solve the multi-objective decision problem of the mechanical structure design scheme for green manufacturing. Considering the green-oriented manufacturing process, the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used in the optimization of the design cycle, the optimized mechanical structure performance, the economics of the solution, the resource consumption of the solution and the impact on the environment. FAHP and grey relational analysis method are combined to establish a mathematical model and find the optimal solution, in order to obtain the best solution for the mechanical structure optimization of green manufacturing, and propose a quantifiable method for evaluating the choice of the program, and pass a Examples to demonstrate the feasibility of the method.
