摘  要:TBM法兰螺栓断裂不仅影响施工进度,而且维修难度极大,TBM刀盘法兰部位受到的载荷大小是导致法兰螺栓断裂的重要影响因素,因此建立刀盘载荷传递模型,将为法兰结构的载荷分析和设计提供重要理论依据。但是,由于TBM现场施工环境恶劣,很难直接测得法兰部位所受载荷,文章通过分析其工作过程中的受力情况及各结构间的力流传递规律,建立了刀盘载荷传递有限元模型,并在模型中考虑了螺栓预紧力,通过Ansys仿真分析得到法兰部位的载荷数据,分析结果显示法兰部位受到的外载仅为设计时的十分之一,因此可适当降低设计要求。最后在螺栓内嵌入传感器来测量某一工程刀盘中心分块及边分块连接螺栓所受的载荷,利用这些数据对仿真结果进行了验证,得出两者误差为14%。Fracture of TBM flange bolt not only affects construction progress, but also makes maintenance very difficult. The load on the flange of TBM cutter head is an important factor leading to the fracture of flange bolts. However, due to harsh conditions on the spot, it is difficult to obtain the load data directly through the experimental method. In this paper, the finite element model of cutter head load transfer is established by analyzing the force condition in the working process and the law of force transfer between structures, and the bolt pretension force is considered in the model. The load data of flange position is obtained by Ansys simulation analysis. The analysis results show that the external load at the flange was only 1/10 of design criteria, so the design requirements can be reduced appropriately. Finally, the actual pulling force and other related data of the bolt which connected cutter-head′s central section block and side block of a bid section of a project were measured by installing strain gauge in the bolt. The simulation results of load transfer were verified by these data and the error is 14%.
