摘 要:针对某地面车载雷达高抗倾覆能力及机动性指标要求,采用一种基于蛙腿与调平腿组合设计的液压自动调平系统方案,建立了载车调平数学模型,提出一种新的调平腿载荷计算方法,解决了调平过程中载荷计算问题,并在此基础上,完成了蛙腿和调平腿结构设计及有限元校核。通过调平系统试验与计算数据的对比,结果表明,该自动调平系统达到预定要求,为后续类似产品设计提供了重要参考。Aiming at the requirements of high anti-overturning and maneuverability of some vehicle-borne radar,a hydraulic automatic leveling system project based on the combination of frog legs and leveling legs is adopted.Mathematical model of vehicle leveling was established,and a new load calculation method of the leveling leg load during the leveling process was proposed.Based on it,the frog legs and leveling legs structure design was completed and verified by using the finite element method(FEM).Comparison between the leveling system test and the calculated data was done.Result shows that the automatic leveling system meets the predetermined requirements and provides an important reference for subsequent similar product design.
