摘 要:液压阀在液压传动中的作用至关重要,其阀门失效将致使整个液压系统的稳定性下降,也对工作人员的正常作业构成了安全隐患。为解决阀门失效问题,建立了液压滑阀阀腔内流体与阀门组件的流固耦合分析模型,经仿真得到阀门内部应力集中分布区域,并提出了相应的改进措施。此研究可为滑阀式多路阀的安全性、可靠性设计提供理论依据。It is very important that the role of hydraulic valve in hydraulic transmission.The failure of valve will cause the stability of the entire hydraulic system to decline and it also poses a safety hazard to the normal operation of the person.To solve the problem of valve failure,a fluid-structure coupling analysis model of the fluid and valve components in the valve chamber of the hydraulic spool valve was established.By simulation,the internal stress concentration distribution area of the valve was obtained,and the improvement measures were proposed.This study provides a theoretical basis for the safety and reliability design of the spool valve multi-way valve.
