摘　　要：圆盘剪在带钢生产过程中,剪刃需要经常更换。目前在拆卸和更换圆盘剪刀头时,刀盘的离线解体和组装无法完全作为外部时间,缺少专用的台架和工具,对其进行解体和组装较为困难。基于此提出一种离线更换刀头组件的方式,更换时将旧刀头拆卸后放置于刀盘储存台架,同时将新刀头更换至圆盘剪上,储存台架作为过渡台架很好的解决装刀换刀同步进行,实现便捷化,紧凑化的换刀方式。同时通过本项目的实施消除了剪刃更换过程中的安全风险以及影响剪刃质量的负面因素,并通过了生产实践验证。The shear blade needs to be replaced frequently during producing the strip steel of side trimmer.It is difficult to disassemble and assemble the cutter.The off-line disassembly and assembly of the cutter cannot be completely used as external time because of the lack of a dedicated test bench and tools,while the side trimmer head is disassembled and replaced.This paper proposes a way to replace the cutter head assembly offline.At the time of replacing,the used cutter head is disassembled and placed on the cutter drum test bench.At the same time,the new cutter head is replaced on the side trimmer.The storage test bench serves to assemble and replace the cutter simultaneously as a transitional shelf,realizing a convenient and compact cutter replacing method.It has been verified and eliminates the safety risk and the negative factors affecting the quality of the shear blade during replacing.
