摘  要:动态轻压下是解决铸坯中心偏析与中心疏松的有效措施,而高精度扇形段辊缝是动态轻压下实施的前提条件。本文阐述了连铸坯动态轻压下解决中心偏析与中心疏松的机理,着重对导板式、SMART导柱式、Optimum连杆导柱式、CyberLink导柱式扇形段框架液压缸夹紧形式和现场应用的实际辊缝偏差进行了分析和比较,提出了针对扇形段不同的框架夹紧形式采取匹配的轻压下适用条件:导板式液压夹紧扇形段可满足铸轧功能和重压下功能,但辊缝精度差;SMART导柱式液压夹紧扇形段适用于无轻压下功能的常规辊缝模式、小锥度辊缝收缩的动态轻压下模式;Optimum连杆导柱式液压加紧扇形段可根据轻压下工艺的需要自动设置;CyberLink导柱式液压夹紧扇形段,可在浇铸条件发生变化时快速地反映出铸坯凝固状态的相应变化,实现真正意义上的完全动态轻压下技术。Dynamic soft reduction is an effective measure to solve the problems of center segregation and center porosity of continuous casting slab,however,the precondition is high precision roller gaps of segment.The mechanism of solving center segregation and center porosity by dynamic soft reduction has been described.The connection segment frame devices and the actual roller gaps deviation of guide plate segment,SMART segment,Optimum segment and CyberLink segment have been recounted and compared.This issue emphasizes on improving the inner quality,by taking the matching soft reduction parameters to the different connection segment frame devices.The guide plate segment can achieve cast rolling and heavy reduction with the low roll gap precision.SMART segment is applicable to the conventional roll gap and the dynamic soft reduction with small taper.Parameters of Optimum segment can be automatically set up according to the requirement of soft reduction process.CyberLink segment can quickly reflect the corresponding change of solidification state as casting conditions change,so as to realize the full dynamic soft reduction.
