摘 要:以黄河三角洲滨海湿地优势物种盐地碱蓬为研究对象,采用野外控制试验,设置3个氮磷供应比例(5:1、15:1和45:1),研究氮磷供应比例变化对盐地碱蓬生长的影响。结果表明,相对于未施肥处理,不同氮磷供应比例下盐地碱蓬株高、基径均有所增加。氮磷添加促进了其生物量的积累,以低供应比例下盐地碱蓬生物量增加最为显著。相对于氮供应量的增加,磷供应量增加对盐地碱蓬生物量的提高效果更为显著,表明该区限制盐地碱蓬生长的因子可能为磷元素。To explore the effects of N:P supply ratio on the growth of Suaeda salsa,a dominant species in the Yellow River Delta wetland,a field manipulation experiment with three N:P supply ratios(5:1,15:1 and 45:1)was conducted.The results showed that plant height and branch diameter of S.salsa increased under different supply ratios compared to control group.Meanwhile,N and P addition promoted the accumulation of its biomass,especially in low N:P supply ratio.Compared with N addition,the supply of P had a more significant effect on the biomass of S.salsa,suggesting that P may be the limiting nutrient for the growth of S.salsa in the study area.
