摘  要:对某公司爆裂分汽缸的强度、断口特征和设备私自改动导致的后果进行了分析,得出了爆裂事故原因为:管道的安装不规范,导致管道振动,引起接管与设备焊缝处生产裂纹。在不进行缓慢升温操作情况下,发生蒸汽水击,生产剧烈振动和压力的快速升高,加速裂纹扩展,导致脆断的事故发生。This paper analyzes the strength,fracture characteristics and consequences caused by the unauthorized modification of the fractured separate cylinder of a company,and concludes that the reason for the burst accident is that the nonstandard installation of the pipeline,which leads to vibration of the pipeline and forms cracks between adaptor tube and welding line of the equipment.In the absence of slow heating operation,the steam water strikes the inside part of equipment,which produces strenuous vibrations,rapidly increases the inner pressure and speeds up the expansion of cracks,above which leads to brittle fracture accidents.
