摘  要:利用内部残余废气实现汽油HCCI燃烧的方法中,在怠速工况下由于高残余废气率和低的废气温度,导致难以实现稳定的HCCI燃烧.在1台带有连续可变气门机构的汽油单缸发动机上,通过对进气门参数的调整,调节了进气前回流的程度,改善了气缸内温度和残余废气的分布,实现了稳定的怠速HCCI燃烧.结果表明:与传统SI燃烧相比,循环变动明显减少,NOx排放显著降低,CO基本与SI水平持平,HC排放明显增加.In the method of realizing gasoline HCCI combustion using internal residual exhaust gas,stable HCCI combustion is difficult to achieve due to high residual exhaust gas ratio and low exhaust gas temperature on idle conditions.In this paper,on a petrol single-cylinder engine with continuously variable valve actuation,the adjustment of the intake valve parameters can control the degree of front intake backflow,also the distribution of internal temperature and residual exhaust gas is improved.Stable idle HCCI combustion is realized.Compared with the traditional SI combustion,the cycle variation and the NO x emissions are significantly reduced,the CO is basically same with the SI level,and the HC emissions are significantly increased.
