摘  要:针对洛克沙胂(3-硝基-4-羟基苯砷酸)跟随畜禽的粪便进入环境中降解产生危害的问题,采用添加三价铁离子来影响洛克沙胂的降解.结果表明:洛克沙胂在厌氧颗粒污泥的作用下,迅速被转化为4-羟基-3-氨基苯砷酸(HAPA),HAPA也很快产生降解;3h内,三价铁离子迅速吸附溶液洛克沙胂并吸附完全;被吸附的洛克沙胂,又再次被释放出来,随即被完全降解;三价铁浓度提高在一定程度上加快了洛克沙胂的分解,同时也加速了降解产物HAPA的降解.In order to solve the problem that Roxarsone(3-nitro-4-hydroxyphenyl arsenic acid)is harmful to the degradation of livestock and poultry feces into the environment,the addition of trivalent iron ions is used to influence the degradation of Roxarsone.The results show that roxarsone was quickly transformed into 4-hydroxy-3-aminobenzene arsonic acid(HAPA)in the role of microorganism,and HAPA was quickly degraded.Within 3 hours,roxarsone was rapidly adsorbed by ferric iron,however roxarsone adsorbed was released into the liquid,and finally degraded.To a certain extent,high ferric concentration could accelerate the degradation of roxarsone,as so as the degradation product HAPA.
