不同溶栓方案对急性冠脉综合征患者的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析不同溶栓方案对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者的临床疗效。方法将纳入研究的159例患者抽签分为A组(51例)、B组(53例)、C组(55例),分别采用瑞替普酶(r-PA)、阿替普酶(rt-PA)、尿激酶(UK)溶栓。溶栓结束后比较各组疗效以及60min、90min、120min各组再通率。结果三组总有效率分别为96.08%、86.79%、80.81%,组间无显著性差异(P>0.05);60min时三组再通率分别为74.51%、66.04%、29.09%,90min时三组再通率分别为80.38%、73.58%、47.27%;两两比较可见,这两个时段A组和B组再通率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),但C组再通率各时段与A、B两组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。120min时三组再通率分别为88.24%、79.25%、74.45%,三组再通率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论r-PA、rt-PA、UK三种溶栓方案效果均可,但前两者早期血管再通率优于UK。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of different thrombolytic regimens on patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods A total of 159 cases of patients were divided into group A(51 cases),group B(53 cases),group C(55 cases),and were administerd reteplase(r-PA),alteplase(rt-PA),and urokinase thrombolysis(UK),respectively.The efficacy between the three groups and recanalization rate at the time point of 60min,90min,120min were compared after thrombolysis.Results The total effective rate were 96.08%,86.79%,and 80.81%,respecitvely,but no significant differences were found between these three groups(P>0.05);the recanalization rate at 60min of group A,B and C,were 74.51%,66.04%,29.09%,while the recanalization rate at 90min were 80.38%,73.58%,47.27%respectivel.The recanalization rate in the 3 groups at the two-time points was not exactly the same(P<0.05),no significant difference was found between group A and group B the recanalization rate at the two-time points(P>0.05),but the recanalization rate of C group at each time point had significant differences(P<0.05)between group B and group A.The 120min recanalization rates of the 3 groups were 88.24%,79.25%,74.45%,indicating no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of thrombolytic schemes of r-PA,rt-PA and UK is good,but the first two kinds of early recanalization rates are superior to that of UK.
