摘　　要：LVDT传感器是在工程中经常使用的一种无损检测位移参数的传感器。本文介绍了一种应用六线制LVDT传感器的调理电路的设计方案并分析各调理环节的参数性能,揭示了位移线性变化到最后的电压线性变化之间的系数关系。通过实际电路的验证及测量展示了该方案设计的可行性及实用性。LVDT sensor is often used in engineering for nondestructive testing of displacement parameters.This paper introduces the design scheme of a conditioning circuit using LVDT sensor made of six wires,analyzes the parameter performance of each conditioning link,and reveals the coefficient relationship between the linear change of displacement and the linear change of voltage.The feasibility of the design is demonstrated through the verification and measurement of the actual circuit.
