摘　　要："互联网+"使得农业技术与信息技术的结合成为农技推广的有利手段,移动app与农业领域的不断融合成为农业信息化发展的必然趋势。以移动客户端作为技术支点,通过文献分析结合实地考察采访,对目前农技推广技术的现状、功能和优劣和作用范围进行分析,最后提出基于"互联网+"的农技推广策略,以提升移动平台对于农技推广的有效性。"Internet+"makes the combination of agricultural technology and information technology a favorable means to popularize agricultural technology.The continuous integration of mobile app and agriculture has become an inevitable trend in the development of agricultural informatization.Taking mobile client as a technology fulcrum,through the literature analysis and on-the-spot interview,this paper analyzes the present situation,functions,advantages and disadvantages of the agricultural technology extension technology,and finally puts forward the strategy of Agricultural Technology Extension Based on"Internet+",so as to enhance the effectiveness of the mobile platform for agricultural technology extension.
