摘  要:目的:采用比色分析的原理实现可以定量检测过氧化氢含量的便携式设备。方法:该设备采用单片机为主控模块,利用单色光源和信号放大系统,构建光电信号采集及数据处理系统。并对设备的性能进行了验证。结果:该装置操作简便、快速、准确,在0.53~8.4mmol/L范围内线性关系良好,实验结果显示其平均变异系数(CV)为2.21~2.78%,回收率分别为97.3%~104.9%。与UV-2550型分光光度计具有良好的相关性,R^2=0.998。结论:便携式过氧化氢检测仪能够快速、准确的检测过氧化氢含量,适合监管部门的现场操作以及市场的推广。Objective To develop a portable device for quantitative determination of hydrogen peroxide content by colorimetric analysis.Methods The device adopts single chip computer as the main control module,and uses monochrome light source and signal amplification system to construct photoelectric signal acquisition and data processing system.The performance of the equipment is verified.Results The device was simple,rapid and accurate.The linear relationship was good in the range of 0.53-8.4 mmol/L.The experimental results showed that the average coefficient of variation(CV)was 2.21-2.78%and the recovery was 97.3%-104.9%respectively.It has good correlation with UV-2550 spectrophotometer,R^2=0.998.Conclusion The portable hydrogen peroxide detector can detect the content of hydrogen peroxide quickly and accurately,and it is suitable for the on-site operation of supervision department and the promotion of market.
