泪囊按摩联合滴妥布霉素滴眼液对泪囊炎患儿的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨泪囊按摩联合滴妥布霉素滴眼液对泪囊炎患儿临床症状及并发症的影响。方法 选取2016年8月至2018年8月于本院接受治疗的泪囊炎患儿84例,随机分为观察组和对照组各42例。对照组采用妥布霉素滴眼液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合泪囊按摩治疗,对比两组治疗结束时临床疗效与治疗期间症状(溢泪、溢脓)改善时间及并发症(泪囊肿胀、眼部感染)状况。结果 治疗结束时,观察组总有效率为97.6%(41/42),显著高于对照组80.9%(34/42),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组溢泪、溢脓症状改善时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,观察组出现泪囊肿胀3例,眼部感染1例;对照组出现泪囊肿胀1例;两组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 泪囊按摩联合滴妥布霉素滴眼液对泪囊炎患儿的临床疗效显著,能有效缩短临床症状改善时间,减少并发症发生。Objective To investigate the effects of lacrimal sac massage combined with tobramycin eye drops on clinical symptoms and complications in children with dacryocystitis. Methods Eighty-four children with dacryocystitis who were treated in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with tobramycin eye drops, and the observation group was treated with lacrimal sac massage combined with tobramycin eye drops. The clinical efficacy, the improvement time of symptoms during the treatment(recession of tears, pus) and complications(lacrimal sac swelling and eye infection) were compared between the two groups. Results At the end of the treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.6%(41/42), which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.9%,34/42). The difference was statistically significant( P < 0.05 ). The improvement time of symptoms of tears and pus in the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant( P <0.05). During the treatment, there were 3 cases of lacrimal sac swelling and 1 case of ocular infection in observation group, and 1 case of lacrimal sac swelling in the control group. There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups ( P >0.05). Conclusion The lacrimal sac massage combined with tobramycin eye drops has a significant clinical effect on children with dacryocystitis, which can effectively shorten the improvement time of clinical symptoms and reduce complications.
