摘  要:铣削加工是一种复杂的、非线性的切削过程,能否选择合理的切削参数,对铣削加工的切削力及切削功率有很大的影响,这对加工零件质量、刀具及设备的寿命至关重要。ANN(人工神经网络)算法作为处理复杂非线性问题的工具,在工程领域有着广泛应用。建立结构合理的神经网络,快速准确计算切削力及功率,能优化切削参数,降低加工成本。Milling processing is a complex, nonlinear process, choose a reasonable cutting parameters, the cutting force and power of milling processing has a great impact, which is critical to the quality of the machining parts, tool and equipment life. ANN (artificial neural network) algorithm, as a tool to deal with complex nonlinear problems, has been widely used in engineering field. It can optimize the cutting parameters and reduce the machining cost by estab. lishing the neural network with reasonable structure and calculating the cutting force and power quickly and accurately.
