摘 要:本文主要探究羟醛缩合制MMA反应体系中主要组分甲醇和丙酸甲酯对化学滴定法和分光光度法测定甲醛的干扰,并遴选出适用该反应体系的甲醛分析方法。结果表明,乙酰丙酮分光光度法适用于测定甲醛。该方法准确度和精密度都达到了实验要求,易于操作,测定结果准确可靠,能满足羟醛缩合制MMA体系中甲醛含量的快速准确测定。This paper mainly explored the interference of methanol and methyl propionate, the main components in the reaction system of aldehyde condensation to MMA, on the determination of formaldehyde by chemical titration and spectrophotometry, and selectd the suitable analytical method of formaldehyde for this reaction system.The re. sults show that acetylacetone spectrophotometry is suitable for the determination of formaldehyde. The accuracy and precision of the method meet the experimental requirements, and it is easy to operate. The results are accurate and re. liable. It can meet the requirements of rapid and accurate determination of formaldehyde content in MMA system by aldol condensation.
