摘　　要：兖矿集团东滩煤矿带式输送机使用的清扫器采用传统皮带或聚氨酯材料制成,针对传统清扫器易磨损、清扫效果差等缺点,研制了皮带空气式清扫器,利用高压风将带式输送机所粘附的水及物料混合物吹落,清扫效果明显,胶带无磨损,降低了员工的劳动强度,节约了生产成本,减少了环境污染。The sweeper used in belt conveyor in Dongtan Coal Mine of Yanzhou Mining Group is made of traditional belt or polyurethane material. Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional sweeper such as easy wear and poor sweeping effect, a belt air sweeper is developed. The water and material mixture adhering to belt conveyor is blown down by highpressure wind. The sweeping effect is obvious, the belt has no wear and tear, and the labor intensity of employees is reduced. The cost of production has been reduced and the environmental pollution has been reduced.
