摘　　要：高加速应力筛选是一种能够快速、有效地剔除产品潜在缺陷的方法。通过对小型通信产品高加速环境应力筛选方法的研究,寻找到了一种适用于小型通信产品高加速环境应力筛选的有效途径,从而提高了生产效率,降低了产品的周期费用,提高了实物的质量。Highly accelerated stress screening is an effective method to quickly and effectively eliminate potential defects of products. Through the research on the highly accelerated environmental stress screening method for small communication products, an effective way to carry out highly accelerated environmental stress screening for small communication products is found. As a result, the production efficiency is improved, the product cycle cost is reduced, and the quality of the products is improved.
