摘  要:当前我国众多的物业服务公司普遍存在管理物业类型多、服务内容多和服务对象杂等特点,尽管企业高度重视质量管理内部审核并投入了充足的时间、人力和物力,但依然存在质量管理内部审核不合理、产生的效果不佳等普遍问题。通过对物业服务业的特点进行深入的分析,结合中国合格评定国家认可委员会发行的认可规范,创新性地提出了物业服务业实施质量管理内部审核应该借鉴认可规范的建议,以期对物业服务业有效地组织质量管理内部审核工作有所帮助。At present, many property service companies in our country generally have the characteristics of many types of management property, many service contents and miscellaneous service objects. Although enterprises attach great importance to the internal audit of quality management and invest sufficient time and manpower and material resources, there are still some common problems, such as unreasonable internal audit of quality management, poor effect and so on. Through the in-depth analysis of the characteristics of the property service industry, combined with the accreditation norms issued by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment, the suggestion that the internal audit of the quality management of the property service industry should draw on the accreditation norms is put forward innovatively in order to help the property service industry to effectively organize the internal audit of quality management.
