摘 要:神木煤属于低灰低硫低价煤种,储煤量丰富,通过开展神木煤直配配煤炼焦试验和不同细度配煤试验,优化配煤结构,合理配煤,改善配合煤粘结性,可将神木煤配入量达到3%~5%。试验结果表明配入神木煤可使焦炭达到降灰和降本效果,为包钢扩大煤源使用范围和降本增效提供了技术支持。Shenmu coal is with low ash, sulfur and cost as well as it is rich in coal storage. The coal blending amount of Shenmu coal could reach 3%~5% by carrying out the coal blending for coking test with directly blending Shenmu coal and coal blending tests with different fineness, optimizing coal blending structure, reasonable coal blending as well as improving cohesiveness of briquette blend. The results showed that the ash and cost of coke could be reduced by blending Shenmu coal, which provided the technical support for Baotou Steel to expand the usable range of coal source as well as reducing costs and increasing benefits.
