摘  要:以包钢炼焦用煤磷含量为基础数据,研究各区域炼焦用煤磷含量的差异性。并对同一生产条件下配合煤、焦炭磷含量进行检验分析,得出配合煤与焦炭中磷含量的数据转化关系。同时,分析煤中磷的赋存形态,研究磷含量与灰分、硫分的相关性。结果表明,包钢炼焦用煤有明显的区域性差异,而且配合煤与焦炭含磷量存在正相关性。该结论为预测焦炭磷含量、控制高炉焦炭磷负荷提供重要支撑。In the paper, the differences of phosphorus content in coking coal of each region were studied based on the phosphorus content in coking coal of Baotou Steel as well as the phosphorus contents in blended coal and coke under the same production condition were tested and analyzed to obtain the data transformation relation between them. Meanwhile, the mode of occurrence of phosphorus in coal was analyzed to study the correlation between phosphorus content, ash content and sulfur content. The results showed that there were significant regional differences for coking coal of Baotou Steel as well as there was a positive correlation between phosphorus contents in blended coal and coke, which provide important support for predicting the phosphorus content of coke and controlling the phosphorus load of coke of blast furnace.
