摘　　要：包钢稀土钢炼铁厂7#、8#高炉相继投产后,水渣处理系统同时投入使用。由于水渣设备腐蚀磨损严重,造成生产运行中突发故障较多,高炉水渣作业率较低,对设备腐蚀磨损进行优化攻关,在生产中,通过不断实践与技改,解决问题,有效提高了水渣的作业率。After the 7 # and 8 # blast furnaces were put into operation one after the other, the water slag treatment system was put into use at the same time. Due to the serious corrosion and wear of water slag treatment equipment, there are more sudden failures in production run and the operating rate of blast furnace water slag is low. It is effectively improved through optimizing the corrosion and wear of equipment as well as continuously practising and reforming technologies to solve problems in productions.
