摘　　要：文章针对内燃机车机油的脏污影响机车运用可靠性的问题,选择合理的控制方式,采取相应的防范措施,制作一个带有环型边的套筒,利用环型边上的安装孔将套筒安装于滤清器前盖,在滤芯上座外圆加工两条O型圈槽,通过滤芯上座O型圈与滤清器前盖之间形成有效的密封作用,防止机油不经过过滤从此处进入柴油机对机油系统的污染。提高了柴油机工作的可靠性、改善其工作性能、提高零部件的使用寿命,延长了柴油机使用寿命。In the paper, it is introduced the reasonable control mode is chosen and corresponding preventive measures are taken due to the smudginess of engine oil for diesel locomotive affects the reliability of locomotive operation. In order to prevent the pollution to oil system caused by engine oil without filtering entering diesel engine, it is necessary to make a sleeve with ring edge and install it on front cover of filter with the mounting hole on ring edge as well as two O-ring recesses are processed on the excircle of upper base of filter element to form effective sealing between the O-ring and front cover of filter. As a result, the working reliability and performances of diesel engine are improved as well as the service life of components and diesel engine is prolonged.
