摘　　要：当客船发生事故后,其能否安全返回港口成为船舶界关注的重点。交通运输部上海打捞局新列编的、入中国船级社级的一艘大型抢险打捞船“创力”号,其作为特种用途船需满足客船的安全返港要求。基于该项目简要分析客船安全返港对于机电设备的一些要求及注意事项。Whether passenger ships can safety return to the port after accidents has become the focus of attention in the shipping industry. As a special purpose vessel, CHUANG LI, a new large rescue salvage vessel of China Classification Society, is required to meet the requirements of safe return to port of passenger ships. Based on this project, some requirements and precautions for mechanical and electrical equipment for safe return to port of passenger ships are briefly introduced.
