摘  要:国内磷石膏堆存问题日益严峻,石膏需求量逐步增大。本文针对四川某地磷石膏废渣,采用反浮选工艺,较低成本生产出满足水泥行业和防腐行业用石膏粉产品。通过条件试验确定了选优条件,闭路试验得到产率82.86%、含SO343.16%、回收率SO387.17%的石膏粉精矿,副产物硫精矿产率2.87%,含S36.11%,对硫化矿物回收率大于95%,取得了良好的选矿指标。磷石膏采用合理的选矿工艺得到的石膏粉替代天然石膏作水泥缓凝剂技术可行。The problem of domestic phosphogypsum storage is becoming more and more serious, and the demand for gypsum is gradually increasing. In this paper, a kind of phosphogypsum waste residue in Sichuan is used, and the anti-fl otation process is adopted to produce gypsum powder products for the cement industry and anti-corrosion industry at a lower cost. The optimum conditions were determined by the conditional test. The closed-circuit test yielded gypsum powder concentrate with a yield of 82.86%, a SO3 content of 43.16%, and a SO 3 recovery rate of 87.17%. The by-product sulfur concentrate yield is 2.87%, containing S 36.11%, and the recovery rate of sulfi de minerals is greater than 95%. Excellent mineral processing index was obtained. The gypsum powder obtained by using a reasonable benefi ciation process instead of natural gypsum as cement retarder is feasible.
