摘 要:以陕西某伊利石型石煤钒矿为研究对象,采用硫酸+氟化钙体系直接浸出工艺提钒,考察了硫酸浓度、浸出温度、氟化钙用量、液固比及浸出时间等工艺参数对钒浸出率的影响。试验结果表明,在氟化钙用量为原矿用量的10%、硫酸体积浓度5%、浸出温度90℃、浸出时间5 h、液固比4:1的条件下,钒的浸出率可达91.85%。这表明对伊利石型含钒石煤采用添加氟化钙作为助浸剂进行直接酸浸工艺提钒是有效的。Tests of direct acid leaching of extracting vanadium from an illite-type vanadium-containing stone coal in Shanxi province with sulfuric acid and calcium fluoride were carried out. The influence of concentration of sulfuric acid, leaching temperature, calcium fluoride amount, liquid to solid ratio and leaching time on leaching rate of vanadium was investigated. The results showed that under the conditions of calcium fluoride is 10% of raw ore quality, the sulfuric acid concentration is 5%, the leaching temperature remains at 90℃ the leaching time is 5 h,the liquid to solid ratio is 4:1 mL/g, the vanadium leaching rate was up to 91.85%. It was effective to extract vanadium from illite-type stone coal containing vanadium by direct acid leaching by calcium fluoride as aid-leaching reagents.
