摘  要:陕西某锑矿石中锑主要以锑酸盐和辉锑矿形式存在,该矿的特点为氧化率高,泥化严重,属于细粒难选氧化锑矿;为了有效回收矿石中的锑资源,通过详细的选矿试验研究,最终优先浮选回收硫化锑,浮选尾矿加入1#添加剂,利用焙烧-浮选工艺回收细粒级氧化锑,获得良好的选别指标,硫化锑精矿品位50.14%,氧化锑精矿品位35.89%,锑的总回收率达到83.26%。Antimony is mainly in the form of antimonate and stibnite in a certain antimony ore in shaanxi province. The ore with the characteristics of high oxidation and pelitization belongs to the fi ne grained and refractory separation one. For effective recovery of antimony ore resources, through detailed dressing test research, the fi nal preferential flotation recovery of antimony sulfi de was carried on. By adding 1#additive in flotation tailings, using fine antimony oxide in roasting - flotation recovery, good indicators were obtained with antimony sulphide concentrate grade of 50.14%, antimony oxide concentrate grade of 35.89%, total antimony recovery of 83.26%.
