摘  要:用碱熔法由粉煤灰制备成P型分子筛,并且利用其自身的洗涤作用,用来替代洗衣粉中的三聚磷酸钠,从而达到变废为宝的目的,从而减少磷元素的排放。试验中对P型分子筛的含量对洗涤效果的影响进行了试验,得到了分子筛在含量为25%时对各类污渍的洗涤效果更好,并且对分子筛与三聚磷酸钠的效果进行了对比,得到了分子筛具有更好的洗涤效果的成果。因此利用粉煤灰这一对环境有害的物质来制备日常中需求量大的洗衣粉是将来很适合发展的方向。A P-type molecular sieve was prepared from fly ash by alkali fusion method, and used its own washing action to replace the sodium tripolyphosphate in the washing powder, so as to achieve the process of turning waste into treasure and reducing the amount of phosphorus use and emission. In the experiment, gradient experiments were performed on the effect of the content of P-type molecular sieves on the washing performance. It was found that when the content of molecular sieves was 25%, various kinds of stains were washed better, and the molecular sieve was compared with sodium tripolyphosphate. Molecular sieves have a better washing eff ect. Therefore, the use of fly ash, an environmentally harmful substance, to prepare a wide range of detergent powders in daily life, is the right direction for development in the future.
