摘  要:为研究EFP的成型过程和侵彻性能,采用有限元分析软件LS-DYNA,对EFP成型过程进行数值模拟;通过靶试试验,测试EFP的飞行姿态、各距离处的速度及100m处的侵彻威力。试验结果表明,数值模拟的EFP速度与试验测得EFP初速基本接近;EFP在炸高为100m(1250倍装药口径距离)时,翻转稳定性良好,可穿透10mm厚装甲钢,孔形近似圆形。通过数值模拟和试验结果分析,对EFP的成型过程和侵彻能力作出评价,对EFP战斗部的应用和工程设计具有指导意义。The forming process of EFP was studieded by LS-DYNA software. Flight characteristic and penetration ability of EFP were studied in 100m distance trajectory. The results showed that the velocity of the simulated EFP was close to the initial velocity of the tested EFP. The flipping stability of EFP was good. The Armor steel with 10mm thickness was penetrated by EFP at the end of the trajectory. The data obtained from the paper is useful for the use and design of the EFP warhead.
