摘 要:基于电渗析再生的溶液除湿空调系统中,主要耗能部件是用于溶液再生的电渗析器,电渗析器的能耗与溶液的电导率有关。本文测量了两种常用的除湿溶液(LiCl和LiBr)的电导率,实验研究了溶液温度对两种溶液除湿空调系统性能的影响。结果表明,当LiCl溶液和LiBr溶液质量浓度分别为35%和45%、溶液温度为20~30℃时,以LiCl溶液作为除湿溶液的系统能耗是LiBr溶液的1.48~1.56倍;当LiCl溶液温度在20~25℃时,LiCl溶液的溶液除湿空调系统的除湿量和性能系数(COP)分别是LiBr溶液的1.1~4.1倍和1.11~2.70倍。The mainly component of energy consumption in liquid desiccant air-conditioning system based on electrodialysis regeneration is liquid desiccant regenerator, whose energy consumption is related to the conductivity of the liquid. The electrical conductivity of two normal liquid solution (LiCl and LiBr) are measured in this paper. The effect of two liquid desiccant temperatures on the performance of liquid desiccant air-conditioning system are studied. The results show that the energy consumption of desiccant air-conditioning system with LiCl solution is 1.48-1.56 times than that of LiBr solution at different temperatures, when the concentration of LiCl solution and LiBr solution are 35% and 45%, respectively;as the solution temperature of LiCl is within 20-25 ℃, the dehumidification and coefficient of performance (COP) of LiCl solution desiccant air-conditioning system are 1.1-4.1 times and 1.11-2.70 times than that of LiBr solution, respectively.
