摘  要:随着催化装置原料中掺炼渣油比例的升高,装置生焦量增大,反应器结焦日趋严重,影响装置长周期运行。文中分析了某重油催化裂化装置应用CS-ΙΙ型原料雾化喷嘴以及SVQS旋流快分和MSCS高效汽提组合工艺的应用情况,并对改造前后原料性质、主要操作条件、物料平衡、产品质量情况进行了对比分析。结果表明,装置改造后反应器结焦情况得到明显改善,经济效益可观,实现了装置的长周期运行。The increase of the proportion of mixing and refining residue oil with feedstock in the catalytic unit led to the increasing coke deposition in the unit and the more and more serious coking of the reactor, which affected the long-term operation of the unit. This paper analysed the application of a heavy oil catalytic cracking unit CS-ΙΙ type feedstock atomizing nozzle, SVQS vortex quick points and MSCS high efficiency stripping combination technology application situation, and made the analysis and comparison on the property of raw materials, the main operating conditions, material balance, and product quality before and after the transforma? tion. The results showed that the coking condition of the reactor was improved, the economic benefit was considerable, and realized the long-term operation of FCC plant.
