摘 要:阐述了乌鲁木齐石化分公司1200kt/a延迟焦化装置的水基化学清洗技术的应用情况。选用水基油垢全清洗剂,对焦化部分依次进行水赶油置换、水基清洗剂循环清洗、退清洗液及清水置换、钝化等工艺处理。有效清除了系统中的油垢、盐垢及焦泥等污垢,死角清洗到位,管线/设备清洗干净,消除了清洗系统内部的可燃气体、H2S、CO,为检修施工提供了安全的作业环境,该技术具备环保、节能、高效的特点。This paper expounded the application of water-base chemical cleaning technology in 1 200 kt/a delayed coking unit of Urumqi Petrochemical Company, utilized the water-base oil and dirt cleaning agent to carry out water displacement, water based cleaning agent circulation cleaning, cleaning liquid removal and clean water replacement, passivation and other process treatment, effectively removed oil dirt, salt dirt, scorched mud and other dirt in the system, cleaned the blind side and the pipeline/equipment, eliminated the combustible gas, H 2 S, CO in the cleaning system, provided a safe operating environment for maintenance and con? struction. Results showed the technology had the characteristics of environmental protection, energy saving and high efficiency.
